reinsurance brokers industry has partaken a significant contribution to the

Mega Jasa Reinsurance Brokers (Mega Re) is established under the Notarial Deed
of Elliza Asmawel, S.H., No. 27 dated April 11, 2002. The Company’s Article of
Association was approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the
Republic of Indonesia, according to Decision Letter No. C-07614
HT.01.01.TH.2002 dated May 2, 2002 (Surat Keputusan Letter No. C-07614
HT.01.01.TH.2002) and was released in and was published in State Gazette
No. 79 dated October 1, 2002, Supplement no. 11809 (Lembaran Negara No. 79 tanggal
1 Oktober 2002, Tambahan no. 11809). The most recent change of company’s
article of association was modified under the Notarial Deed of Vivi Novita
Rido, S.H., No. 02, dated July 28th, 2008, regarding the changes of
the company’s management.
In
accordance to Article 3 of Company’s Article of Association, the scope of
activities involved for the company is to engage in reinsurance brokerage
services, more specifically in providing service in reinsurance brokerage and
settlement handling of reinsurance claim in the behalf of reinsurance company.
Mega
Re is located in Graha Surveyor Indonesia Building, 2nd floor,
precisely at Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav. 56, Jakarta 12950.
